Howard is hugely experienced in real estate development, site assembly, acquisition, planning and managing large scale fast-track projects. He has been directly responsible for obtaining significant UK planning permissions and negotiating major development finance and funding packages including forward funding arrangements and has built and sold over £500m of residential development in the last 10 years.
Daniel previously worked for law firm Mintz Levin in New York. Since returning to London Daniel has been involved in a wide range of real estate transactions including the fund raising, structuring and acquisition of real estate and infrastructure in the distressed asset arena, master-planning of mixed-use development and commercial real estate investment.
